Blasphemous geometry drafts us singularly
Roused panic
Fleeing dread
Goaded to your end
Unhinging panic resounded through pain filled cries
Declaimed from the impervious face
Tolling our fate

On despairing instinct herded through the gloom (In the shade of cruelty's gloom)
Following our kin to disaster (Courting our disaster)
Abrasive stone surrenders in shortened tunnel (Liberty irrevocably shortened)
Abominable surface slick with filth (Ethics compromised, mired in filth)

Echoing into silence
Railing pleas of the fallen
Gaping weight of the slain
Dark presage of slaughter
Stench of blood
Taste of fear
Hot with terror's cold death
Dressed to feed
Bred in shame
Glut with grief's final breath

Enthralled by our appetite
Embodying what we have consumed
Empathy's wan effulgence splutters
In resemblances' narrow spectrum

Sentience limited to reason
